These deals are relatively small, cheap and carry the potential for significant additional business outside of the deal. The heat FLEX and SLR have taken for pricey acquisitions and write offs has moderated demand for these divestitures at a time when the supply is expanding... good for the buyers. I think the economics have shifted to within JBLs parameters, where the market economics of the past were mostly not.
