CNBC talking "channel stuffing."
An analyst from Roberts-Stephens whose first name is Eric(didn't catch his last name) said that INTC may be negatively affected by Q4 channel stuffing by HWP and CPQ that was done to pump up Q4 numbers to make them look better for the merger.
