GVT re: The last time I did such a calculation, someone made me do it, much to my regret. did not mean to sound so insistent but I can guess where you are coming from. the reason why I asked, to begin with, was the example that I found that assumed 10M ESO issued and yet for some reason shares went up only by 2M. It did not tie to in the money consideration nor to "fair" value that I estimated It was as though the intrinsic value was used to purchase shares on open market Either way I stand corrected Regards -Albert
