The Golden Lists
TORONTO, ONTARIO--The Golden Lists, goldenlists.com reports on companies that have major forward events, verifiable from official company sources. A list is compiled and sorted by their impact dates or event dates which is the time an upcoming merger/acquisition or product launch is expected to take place. A good example is Microsoft Corp (Nasdaq:MSFT - news) that had pre-announced the launch of Xbox in May. The List is opened to nominations that meet the requirements, which are submitted by e-mail.

Some stocks on the list are: Ballard Power Systems (Nasdaq:BLDP - news) which expects commercial sales of a fuel-cell power generator, for Japanese homes that is 40 percent smaller than earlier models, to begin in 2004. Acambisa PLC (Nasdaq:ACAM - news) which forecast a U.S. Smallpox Vaccine would be ready by mid to late 2002. Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Ltd., (OTCBB:CARA - news) - Caraco has five additional drugs pending FDA approval and expects to receive approvals for the majority of these by yearend.

A second list is maintained that keeps track of corporations that have no operating business and few, if any, assets. They are public companies that just retain capital structure and reporting status. These shells are ideal to acquire or merge with a private company looking to go public. A private company that wishes to ``go public'' merges under state law into a ``shell'' company which generally is a ``reporting'' company in good standing under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This process is called a reverse merger. Some shells on the list are: Pace Health Management Systems (OTCBB:PCES - news), Bach Hauser Inc (OTCBB:BHUS - news) , Cytation Corp (OTCBB:CYTY - news) . Certain shells have already announced letters of intent to acquire private companies, like TEKRON, INC. (OTCBB:TKRNE - news) which has completed a LOI with REVA Technologies Corp.

An extension of The Golden Lists is TGL Live, tgllive.com . Participants join in daily in a real-time java chat room ``trading room'' mostly during market hours to discuss their opinions on researched companies, or to alert the group of any new developments that arise each minute in the markets. Real-time alerts by watchful participants can make a huge difference. No registration is necessary, just choose a nickname that's original and you are ready to participate. Past alerts in the room were Crescent Operating, Inc. (OTCBB: COPI - news) from .02 to .37. D'Angelo Brands (OTCBB:DNGO - news) from .10 to .25 yesterday.
