InterMune Prices Public Offering of 3,000,000 Shares of Common Stock
BRISBANE, Calif., March 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- InterMune, Inc. (Nasdaq: ITMN - news) announced today the pricing of its public offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $37 per share. All of the shares are being offered by InterMune under its currently effective shelf registration statement.

The offering is being made through an underwriter group of which Lehman Brothers Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated are acting as joint book-running managers. J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Robertson Stephens, Inc., UBS Warburg LLC and Adams Harkness & Hill, Inc. are co-managing the offering. The underwriters have the option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
