Actually, Limtex, if you simply add 1,000 to the index in every N period of time, I believe it will hit 10,000 in about 8.1N!!!!! Now, if you could just solve for N, we'd all be appreciative.
Unfortunately, to do so, you need to factor in all the things that Zeev did when he made his yearly forecast in December and probably more. And there are other factors as well when making a long range forecast (as the authors of Dow 1,000,000 and other like books, probably including something called Dow 1,000 that will come out right at the bottom of the bear) have proved through time. I look forward to seeing the info you use for your projections.
