ASE SYMBOL: CY JULY 7, 1997 Cybersurf Retains KPMG Corporate Finance Inc. for Major Capital Financing CALGARY, ALBERTA--Cybersurf Corp. of Calgary, a Software and Connectivity company, today announced that it has retained KPMG Corporate Finance Inc. to assist the company in the structure and placement of staged equity investment. The Calgary and Toronto offices of KPMG will each offer up to $10 Million financing package to selected institutions. It is expected that the total financing will be completed within 6 months. The financing will be subject to regulatory approval. Cybersurf trades under the symbol CY.
