Wow, a posting on the good stock thread! Yes PTV is a good one. of course i scalped my 2-3 points and left 6 on the table. Right now I am weaning myself from most techs, holding a few (msft, intc, csco, glw) but have been adding COF and KRB in the credit card arena.
I like CD a LOT- think it has quite a bit more to go. Also dividend paying stocks: PCL, TE, NWN for a few.
Added BA - looks it is going to be a nice climber, and keep watching UST - US tobacco, it keeps climbing and i keep wanting to add, but...nice collection of stock you mentioned. another long time favorite of mine is STT - State Street Bank - not really a bank, but custodian of trillions of dollars of mutual fund accounts, handling the paper work and getting a few scheckles for each account, no matter what the performance is. good luck. larry |
