Hi Jim,

I wouldn't buy FONX until the MM ERNS moves off the lowest ASK for at least two weeks or more. ERNS moved off the lowest ask for a couple of days and moved right back down there. Rumor has it that ERNS is selling around 100,000,000 in stocks that were issued this year. No matter what the company Fonix may or may not do, FONX will have a hard time doing anything until the 100,000,000 is absorbed into the market. After that it will depend on if the company Fonix can support the 316,000,000 in o/s shares. I thought that $0.10 was about the bottom. I wish that I would have waited.
