Hello Andrew,

I was wondering if you had any thoughts on RTEC. I have a small position because I like their prospects. However, the number and amount that insiders are selling is somewhat distressing. Usually I do not look at insider buying/selling to make investment decisions, but in this case the insiders are selling even before the company really gets rolling. It went public in '99 and the gains are not CSCO-like, hence the reason for my uneasiness.
