08:07 ET Sonus Networks; Light Reading revives Cisco takeover rumors (SONS) 3.28: Optical networking website Light Reading reported after the close yesterday that several sources have indicated that Cisco (CSCO) and SONS are in "exploratory" talks that could lead to an acquisition by Cisco. One venture capitalist cited in the article suggests a possible price of $5-6/share. This stock used to be a pretty high flier. Hard to believe it might get taken out at $5-6 but the buyer with cash is king right now. Ted
