Ralph - all good questions you asked, and FWIW I will give you my opinion:

"If SUF is a buyout candidate , would it be more likely to happen before or after the positive cash flow starts to kick in ?"

More likely after - Show Me the Money!

"I mean like it's not too far off before this is suposed to happen is it? I am under the impression that we should see cash flow increases this summer. Anybody know different ?"

Not far off, but like you I'm not sure of the timing. Anyone care to offer Ralph and I some help?
