Not sure we are talking same thing, but The system test within MSWIN, WOW, TS allow us to make the relative comparsion bteween systems. What more could we do?

Mindset comes in as people decide what stock is worthy of test or what results is acceptable. It probally doesn't surprise you that total profit is not the deciding factor with the majority of traders. So the best system might be in the eye of the beholder.
