How does CSGI propose to increase the number of shares from
17 million to 40 million in their "anti-takeover" gambit? Perhaps you
could post the guts of the text in the special notice you received.

There are plenty of readers of this thread who will be able to dissect
the initiative. I'm anxious to read about it.
