I just found it in the TC2000 ticker symbol guide, which somehow managed to emerge from my convenient filing system (most things never do). It's the Week New High/New Low Ratio, and it's calculated like this: new highs divided by (new highs plus new lows), Why can't they just offer a new highs new lows index?
