Long time away. From 10-K:

300M in convertibles, payable (absent conversion) in December 2005, 3 years and 9 months from now;

$460M, payable February 2007.

And $500M, payable December 2006 (just issued in December 2001).

At 12/31, cash/cash equivalents were $904M.
