Thanks for the info Al....it sounds like there's a bit of a honeymoon period when a new steakhouse opens up. After a while the newness wears off and it turns into a good place to eat once in a while. Lonestar hasn't built in Nevada yet so I haven't tasted the product, but have heard only good things about the food. Hopefully they'll keep growing every year and creep across the country.
