BWAC, Thanks for the tax thought. Yes, we do have a tax advisor. Without getting into specific details, simply selling the position was the right play at this time. Various trusts, accounts and charities already have ended up with enough of the stock I was told not to sell for tax reasons! Ya know what I mean?! AdvocateDevil
