Dennis,
If I had to pick a firm to rec PACC, it would be Paine Webber. Paine and Merril Lynch did the last right's offering in November for the Pilgrim Prime Rate Trust Closed End Fund. This offering raised about 158 million and Paine Webber is doing the next offering also. Seems like they have been talking to PACC . . . Would make sense to me . .
Have no knowledge of any firm looking at PACC etc. Volume and Price Action has been strong . . .looking good.
