Because of a lack of discipline, that's why ... yesterday had a small bid in at .26 but forgot to click 'good until' and type in a date so it was day only ... meant to put one in a sizeable one last night, forgot, then slept in through the open, got rudely awakened by distracting real-life stuff, did not fire up computer until after 08h00 ... like that ... well that's ok, i got lots in the .20s before and it is still cheap as dirt in the .30s
