I think that there are a lot of people out there in radio-land who have been brainwashed with the idea that there is no way that they will lose money in the market if they hold on to their stocks for a period of more than a year or two. Bob could still provide a great service by reminding people that it could be a very long time before they break even if they hold on during the bear market. Wasn't the market essentially flat for about 15 years before this bull (i.e., 1968 to 1982)? Aside from his market expertise, I just enjoy listening to him as a radio personality.
