Minds have all dried out here?

I am surprised that there is no comment here on the special meeting for new shares. A nice education can be gotten by following GMGC through its ups and downs. David Russian seems to me to be in charge and is creating a marvelous plot with many twists and turns. Will he take $0.25 - $0.35 per share for 50 million shares and call it a victory?
