Friday March 8, 1:52 pm Eastern Time Sonus stock up 21 pct on Cisco buyout rumors biz.yahoo.com Shawn Campbell, analyst with Northern Trust Corp.'s asset management arm, which owns Cisco stock, said Cisco officials recent told him such a deal was not likely. He said Lou Santora, vice president of Cisco's voice technology group, told him last month that Cisco had no interest in Sonus and did not expect to make any softswitch or gateway acquisitions.
