Had a quick look - it seems to be in a good market segment.

I would have a very thorough look at the JCP aspect though. A similar process was followed when Linmor Technologies did a reverse takeover of Grenview on the ASE last year. For months afterwards, the stock drifted lower - some attributed this to the guys who got the dirt cheap paper, bleeding it into the market.
