Well guys and gals,

Got some answers from the transfer agent at Holiday (Tom) .

Seems he knew a little about the Co. (unless he was reading something whilst I was conversing with him,)
I asked him about the pres. name on the cert. I had dated 06-13-97 that seemed not to match any name I've heard of as of yet. He explained that at one point in time at IMMM a Hormel Rayad was the pres.

It is somewhat of a common practice to let the certs. run with the old names until the.......... "laundry is clean" (my interpretation) and the new management is in place.

He said that Dr Stamm "The Scientist" (his words) was the new pres. and Paul Eberling was to be the Secy.?

I asked about the 50,000,000 authorized shares. Well guess what............................Now it's 100,000,000. He was sure about that point.
He mentioned that as of Friday he was to receive a packet that explained about the exchange of shares to the new name and because of the long weekend they may very well be on his desk as we spoke.

I also asked about the work in Colo. and dealings with Patrocolas but he appeared to be oblivious to the Co's. dealings either not volunteering any more info or maybe just trying to get off the phone and caught up from the weekend.

If I remember anything I'll post later. this conversation took place 10 hours ago and (Tom) seemed very cordial for a transfer agent who just keeps the certs. in line.)

Hope some of this clears the air, (I know I don't smell any helium)
