Yes, Cornell Capital is toxic funder

They buy shares at 95% lowest bid for three days PLUS get 5% cash fee so 10% off. I believe they get shares first, THEN sell them, then give funds to company.

Note that they moved teh company address to New Jersey from Florida. I've been told they are running the company out of the CEO's house and he lives in Jersey.
