*** UPDATED RECOVERY OPINION *** Due to the new stimulus package signed on (March 8th 2001)that gives Corporate America a tax right-off incentive to replace their current computer systems and upgrade their current technology I am withdrawing my previous guess of a tech recovery for the year 2004 to the year 2002 because this Tax bill changes the amount of depreciation time of the current 5 years to the new 3 years needed to qualify for a tax break incentive. Therefore this is going to create the largest short squeeze known to mankind and therefore making the lows of Sept 2001 the end of the BEAR MARKET.....
