EXP: I don't think so with respect to the BPSPX. RSI is already near or over three year highs for BPSPX. Issue is one of duration for me. Is it a spike or a flat of some duration, If the former, market will retreat just as fast as it rose. If the latter, then we will consolidate with a thrust higher here or there in a topping pattern. But just ask the commercials which way this finally resolves <g>. I think you have a better case with BPCOMPQ. Clearly this has been a non tech lead rally overall up until this point.
