Steve: further to your and others' comments, it is appropriate to understand that the company has a lot of money and investments (c. $40M) and it is far from the mass market (I think I read they have fewer than 400 clients, among them the Office of the President [US]). I don't know if this helps to understand the impacts of new partnering; however, with the inside buying and that bundle of cash it seems reasonable to assume they have a plan and the ability to pursue it. ciao dougo
