What is the weekend news, they concluded the deal with Hynix? The extra $200 MM in advances debt) from the creditors is certainly no "substantial", the rest of the deal is well known in the market, so I would expect selling on the news rather than MU going ballistic. That does not change my long term scenario II figure of $80/saher mind you, but that will be later, and IMTO, MU will retest the low $30' before that.
