Hopefully, this nuclear policy will be discussed openly in many forums so we can learn more about it. The information does not give me any "warm fuzzy feelings". Of particular concern is the statement that a nuclear device may be needed in the Israel/Arab conflict. Actually there are many concerns in that article. This is an irresponsible and dangerous policy.IMHO. I believe that the person who leaked it may feel the same way. Pat
