But the real question is, why are you answering AlienTech's ravings as if they were real questions

One answers questions or statements, even some of the most outrageous nature, in order to discern is the person is just raving, or just not thinking logically..

I try and give everyone a break and discern their true perspective before I decide to put them on ignore. And while I may not agree with a person's opinion, I certainly accept it if it was formulated according to their best attempt at analyzing the facts.

Lords knows I have made some inane ramblings in my time.. But I've always tried to maintain the perspective that I'm open to having my mind changed, if properly supported by logic and facts. If I detect that the other person does not share such a perspective, then they generally go on my ignore list so I don't have to bother with reading their posts in the future.

And the point about short-selling is a VERY pertinent one, which many of us brought up when it was first revealed.
