Hi, Michael- Sounds to me like SI Administration tried to arbitrate such agreements in the past, but said, "Screw it," after there were threats of legal action. That leaves it up to the parties themselves, with some past precedents to go by. IMHO these agreements are a waste of a ton of effort (as seen here) because the required interpretations of what is a "violation" are totally subjective, no one has any standing as an "umpire," and there is no enforcement mechanism, nor any penalties for breaking the "rules."

My prediction is that if you put Poet and CH on the same thread with one of these contracts "in force" between them ... about 50 percent of all future posts on the thread will be contract wrangling arguments.
