Did Maryland just play themselves right out of a #1 seed?

Kerry, the committee has made a big point of saying that location is key this year so teams don't have to travel too far in the opening rounds. Therefore, I think any shuffling in the top five will have little effect on where each teams goes. Thus, I think you'll see Maryland in DC, Duke in Greenville, Oklahoma in Albuquerque, and of course Kansas in St. Louis. Cincinnati is closest to DC so I expect them to play there. So, perhaps the only real consequence of the Maryland loss is that they may flip-flop with Cincinnati in the East (from a 1 to a 2 seed) which unless we already had a fixed schedule to compare it to we'll never know if that's a blessing or a curse. Probably neither.
