Yes, as I stated before - when there is evidence, yes. "Especially since one presided over peace and prosperity for eight years and the other is ruling over a disaster." Even more so for that reason. Particularly when you look at who is more culpable for the disaster taking place. Is the person who failed to go after OBL on how many occasions, who also completely undermined our image of strength in the Arab world by running from Somalia - would that person require some blame??? What did President Bush have to do with the circumstances and policy leading to the current disaster when he had been in office less than 12 months? Or are you part of the Hillary school saying that 9/11 took place because of Bush's tax cuts?
