Glenn,re:"...basing". I've no problem with what you are basing. Nowadays, any 'number' needs to be scrutinized. On one hand, they say "NO INFLATION". On the other hand, the financial experts urgenting people to buy stock to beat inflation. I think 'NO INFLATION" is used to justify continuing the money printing business. Then the 'inflation' is to scare you to support the 'financial institutions/ big boys' and want you to stay "LONG TERM" (leave the money on the table) while they are extracting(taxing) from the pool. The 'region' actually was a 'city'. Smell bad to cook up 'job growth' from 'job lost". Someone maybe getting bonus but hitting some target. Hmm. 'reinstate' in order. Very interesting numbers.
