Comments re: Resolution?
If you're anyone of the following folks listed below you'll probably do o-k with placed $0.15 shares......
P.P. shares also come with 1/2 a $0.25 warrant that's good until Oct.26, 2003.
It would also be interesting to know the capital structure origins of Voltorb and Devinsharpe, the insiders'
private cos. which will also result in the issue of 9mil. shares at a deemed value of $0.35
600,000 options at $0.15 also laid on the insiders with another 300,000 reserved at $0.35
They still are going to gather another $4mil. too from the proposed $0.35 - $0.38 financing.
Once that's done it appears there'll be somewhere around 20mil. shares o/s and 150 bbls production.
Names would appear to be be adding some premium?.....
