No i don't, because i understand that the plant is worth about $ 100,000.00 and the fine to the ACC was only $ 10,000.00 , so there would be no reason to default.
The ACC did manage one thing and that is they caused the investors of the IPO's to loose about 90 % of their investment, but then that was probably a part of their plan. Anything to discourage people from investing in any mining in Arizona.
