You are a friend of both Poet's and CH's, recently,
I wrote "recently," and referred to the extremely friendly tone in many posts that were exchanged between you and CH online. If they were communications made not out of friendly feeling and in spite of your not even being able to foresee ever being friends with the fellow (I can foresee being friends with him again myself), they fooled me, but there is hardly any reason to get het up over the assumption that because you have been posting extendedly in friendly way to him recently, you are referred as, "recently," a friend of his. That comment calls amusingly to mind, "with friends like her, who needs enemies?"
So your criticism of all the efforts others have done to get Poet able to return and get CH able to participate too boils down to the suggestion you evidently think no one thought of before, the Ignore feature.
We've talked about the problems with that as a solution and I don't feel like reiterating. But take my word for it, it's not going to work.
Will you substitute your efforts nonetheless for those of the others whom you feel fall short of your standards of good behavior and try to mediate this situation?
Otherwise, I think we just go back to the moderated thread, while you and your non-friend whom you can't foresee ever being friends with chat warmly over here.
