Another reason I dislike the company(and the stock) is the fact that they make customers sign non-disclosure agreements instead of fixing the problems. Technology is about openness and innovation; not about issuing gag orders or litigating your way to the top. I am referring the the problems they had with the memory they were using in their servers awhile back. Could you imagine if MSFT made you sign a form when buying Windows which said you could not talk about bugs you found? That is essentially what SUNW did and yet nobody takes them to task for it, besides a one-page article in Fortune about a year ago. Regards, Brian
