I did not see a particular accumulation or turnaround pattern in it. I will keep an eye on it. Seems like it will be testing the 50 DMA. That would be the first step.

About the market, I am with you. It is not safe. But I was thinking that in fall of '98 when I took my money out of technology, I missed the biggest bull market. Call it the biggest balloon. I am trying to catch the trend here. However silly, ridiculous, crazy it may be.

About money flowing out of US, where can it go? Everywhere is in turmoil. Although, I am a little worried about Bush and his policies. He does not make me feel easy. He seems like he can rock the boat.

Scandals wise, I think the Enron case smells like a blackmail on the whitehouse. Some power centers maybe holding it over the administration's head to get what they want. Anyway, I do not like politics... It is a mess.

About Nasdaq's chart pattern and bull and bear opinions, there was a good article at Yahoo if you are interested:

biz.yahoo.com

So, good luck and let's be all careful. I think harnessing one's greed is a good starting point.

Take care,

Rudy.
