That sounds like a good run-down on the situation. I would like to invest in PYPL but I can't seem to find the reason: 1) First mover advantage? No, there are a lot of other players. 2) Exclusive patents? Not really. 3) Gorilla in the market? Nope. Citibank could kill them. I give up. Somebody convince me about what makes this a sure winner.
