The stock's price has been in slow decline since delisting.
One Tuesday or so of this week, it went up several cents because of 8,100 shares purchased. Since the price goes up when buyers
appear, then if institutions were buying, wouldn't we see evidence in the upward movement of the stock? I see no evidence whatsoever that such a thing is happening, hence I conclude that right now, no one is buying.
