FWC- Debt downgraded. >>>Moody's downgraded its long-term debt ratings of Foster Wheeler (FWC: news, chart, profile) and said the company's ratings are under review for possible downgrade. Moody's said it undertook the action due to "heightened concern that the company is heavily reliant on the willingness of its bank groups to extend near-term debt maturities, and that its negotiations with its various banking groups may become protracted." Moody's voiced concern about the construction company's operating outlook, financial health and liquidity position.
