I believe it was always been an open question whether WCII failed because of an unfortunate turn of events in the credit markets or whether there was outright fraud in the management of the company. With 75% of its revenue having been composed of capacity swaps, I believe that question has been answered

Your anger at me is misdirected. I did not force you to invest in this shell game. If it wasn't clear who took your money before, it should be crrystal clear right now. It was Bill Rouhana who was responsible for the huge losses and the irresponsible statements of phenomenal growth.

If this revelation does not prompt you to ask for some accountability on industry disclosure and accounting, this expensive lesson will have been wasted.
