The thought that maybe Dubya might have had this leaked on purpose only entered my mind for a second. I really never thought that even he would do that on purpose.

Before (and even after) the election I was under the impression that Dubya would never be in charge. I always thought that he would just be a figurehead for his father and others from the Reagan and Bush Sr administrations. When I see things that concern the United States polices start looking like they have been made by some drunk sitting on a barstool somewhere I have to yield to the belief that maybe Dubya really is the boss.
