El, I agree with the thought that the outcome of the merger is in the bag. I'm positive many mutual funds have already submitted their vote; Carly and Capelly know the results and are giving WW a chance to voice his opposition, get it off his chest, knowing full well he's pissi' in the wind.
We'll know in a few weeks; in the meanwhile relax and play a round of golf. SR
