The way I think it works right now is that someone tells him what he is supposed to talk about and what his options are on the subject. He then picks the most war like options and they write a speech for him based on which options he chose. He then tries to read the speech but has no idea what he is talking about nor does he have any idea what parts of a sentence to emphasize. The only way anyone could possibly say one of his speeches was good in any way would be if they were comparing it to one of his early speeches.

I will have to give whoever is teaching him how to pronounce words credit though. For what they have to work with they are doing an outstanding job. I bet they cringed the other day when he was talking about "Palesteen" though.
