Nokia Gets Order For Positioning System In Austria

STOCKHOLM -- Finland's Nokia Corp. (NOK) said Thursday it has received a contract from Connect Austria GmBH for a mobile phone positioning system

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The system, which is known as Nokia mPosition, will support services provided based on a subscriber's location.

Connect Austria operates its mobile network under the brand name ONE. Connect Austria's shareholders include Tele Danmark A/S (TLD), E.On of Germany (EON) and Norway's Telenor ASA (TELN).
