CLINTON, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 2002--WorldCom, Inc. today announced that it has declared a quarterly dividend for the MCI group common stock (Nasdaq: MCIT). A cash dividend of $0.60 per share of MCI group common stock will be paid on July 15, 2002 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2002.
